Are Monsren products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time includes production plus transit and varies by product, fulfillment location and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping policy for current destinations and charges.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide and fit notes on the specific product page, and compare its garment measurements with an item you already own. Flat garment width is not body circumference. The Orange Tabby and Hedgehog hoodies run small; their supplier recommends considering one size up.
Are all products made from the same fabric?
No. Materials vary by style and sometimes color. For example, the Capybara Bath Sweatshirt is 50% cotton and 50% polyester, the Noodle Bowl T-Shirt is 100% ring-spun cotton, and the Book Stack Tote is 100% certified organic cotton twill. Check each product’s Fabric & details section before ordering.
